Mother nature is looking to become a fan this Friday night for racing. We will kick off the 62nd Annual Season Opener along with the annual UAW Local 893 Cliff Chambers Memorial. Every year we honor one of the great promoters of the speedway, Cliff Chambers. Cliff was very instrumental in keeping weekly racing alive for many years on the famed 1/4 high banked clay oval track.
We start the chase to Championship Friday Night in all of our weekly divisions, Tire Demon by Love Tap IMCA Modifieds, Knight Sanitation IMCA Stock Cars, Rugged Radios IMCA Northern SportMods, Cappys Big 8 Tyre IMCA Hobby Stocks, Hy-Vee of Marshalltown IMCA Sport Compacts, and Drury Automotive IMCA Mod Lites.
Friday action starts with pit gates opening 5:15pm, grandstands 5:30pm, and hot laps starting at 6:30pm with racing to follow. Admissions for grandstands, Adults $15.00. Veterans, Seniors 65+, and Students 11-17 $10.00. Kids 10 and Under Free with paid adult. Pit Passes $35.00 Adults, Kids 3-12 $15.00 with paid adult and minor release form completed.
